Based on the hadith in Jami’ at-Tirmidhi (2910), every Arabic letter recited from the Quran is rewarded tenfold. Tilawah counts the actual Uthmani-script letters of each word you recite and adds 10 hasanat per letter to your live session counter and lifetime dashboard.

Your stats, streaks and progress are stored only in your browser — Tilawah has no servers, accounts or trackers. In voice mode, audio is processed by your browser's built-in speech service (Chrome/Edge); in tap mode nothing is recorded at all.
