Free educational content — not a religious authority

AMAADOR ISLAM provides general educational information about Islam, worship and everyday Muslim life — including guidance on prayer, dhikr, the Qur'an, Hajj and Umrah, and related topics. This content is written to help beginners and new Muslims and is not a substitute for a qualified local imam, scholar or Islamic institution. For rulings on your specific situation (fiqh questions, marriage, inheritance, and similar matters), please consult a qualified scholar.

Not financial, legal, tax or medical advice

Pages covering halal finance, investing, banking, mortgages, retirement, business funding, insurance, zakat or inheritance (faraid) are provided for general educational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Always do your own research and consult a licensed, qualified professional before making financial, legal, medical or estate-planning decisions.

Tools on this site

The Qur'an reader, Tilawah voice-recitation tracker, dhikr/tasbih counter, prayer-time and Qibla tools, and zakat calculator are provided as free conveniences to support your practice. They are built with care, but we do not guarantee they are error-free, and prayer times, Qibla direction and calculator results should be treated as estimates — cross-check anything time-sensitive (like prayer times) with a trusted local source or mosque.

No accounts, your data stays with you

This site has no logins. Any progress, counters or preferences are stored only in your own browser, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own device and browser data.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
