بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
تَنزِيلُtanzīlu
(The) revelation ٱلْكِتَـٰبِl-kitābi
(of) the Book لَاlā
(there is) no رَيْبَrayba
doubt فِيهِfīhi
about it مِنmin
from رَّبِّrabbi
(the) Lord ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَl-ʿālamīna
(of) the worlds ٢
(The) revelation ٱلْكِتَـٰبِl-kitābi
(of) the Book لَاlā
(there is) no رَيْبَrayba

about it مِنmin
from رَّبِّrabbi
(the) Lord ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَl-ʿālamīna
(of) the worlds ٢
أَمْam
Or يَقُولُونَyaqūlūna
(do) they say ٱفْتَرَىٰهُ ۚif'tarāhu
He invented it بَلْbal
Nay هُوَhuwa
it ٱلْحَقُّl-ḥaqu
(is) the truth مِنmin
from رَّبِّكَrabbika
your Lord لِتُنذِرَlitundhira
that you may warn قَوْمًۭاqawman
a people مَّآmā
not أَتَىٰهُمatāhum
has come to them مِّنmin
any نَّذِيرٍۢnadhīrin
warner مِّنmin
before you قَبْلِكَqablika
before you لَعَلَّهُمْlaʿallahum
so that they may يَهْتَدُونَyahtadūna
be guided ٣
Or يَقُولُونَyaqūlūna
(do) they say ٱفْتَرَىٰهُ ۚif'tarāhu
He invented it بَلْbal
Nay هُوَhuwa
it ٱلْحَقُّl-ḥaqu
(is) the truth مِنmin
from رَّبِّكَrabbika
your Lord لِتُنذِرَlitundhira
that you may warn قَوْمًۭاqawman
a people مَّآmā
not أَتَىٰهُمatāhum
has come to them مِّنmin
any نَّذِيرٍۢnadhīrin
warner مِّنmin
before you قَبْلِكَqablika
before you لَعَلَّهُمْlaʿallahum
so that they may يَهْتَدُونَyahtadūna
be guided ٣
ٱللَّهُal-lahu
Allah ٱلَّذِىalladhī
(is) the One Who خَلَقَkhalaqa
created ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwāti
the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضَwal-arḍa
and the earth وَمَاwamā
and whatever بَيْنَهُمَاbaynahumā
(is) between them فِىfī
in سِتَّةِsittati
six أَيَّامٍۢayyāmin
periods ثُمَّthumma
Then ٱسْتَوَىٰis'tawā
established Himself عَلَىʿalā
on ٱلْعَرْشِ ۖl-ʿarshi
the Throne مَاmā
Not لَكُمlakum
for you مِّنmin
besides Him دُونِهِۦdūnihi
besides Him مِنmin
any وَلِىٍّۢwaliyyin
protector وَلَاwalā
and not شَفِيعٍ ۚshafīʿin
any intercessor أَفَلَاafalā
Then will not تَتَذَكَّرُونَtatadhakkarūna
you take heed ٤
Allah ٱلَّذِىalladhī
(is) the One Who خَلَقَkhalaqa
created ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwāti
the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضَwal-arḍa
and the earth وَمَاwamā
and whatever بَيْنَهُمَاbaynahumā
(is) between them فِىfī
in سِتَّةِsittati
six أَيَّامٍۢayyāmin
periods ثُمَّthumma
Then ٱسْتَوَىٰis'tawā
established Himself عَلَىʿalā
on ٱلْعَرْشِ ۖl-ʿarshi
the Throne مَاmā
Not لَكُمlakum
for you مِّنmin
besides Him دُونِهِۦdūnihi
besides Him مِنmin
any وَلِىٍّۢwaliyyin
protector وَلَاwalā
and not شَفِيعٍ ۚshafīʿin
any intercessor أَفَلَاafalā
Then will not تَتَذَكَّرُونَtatadhakkarūna
you take heed ٤
يُدَبِّرُyudabbiru
He regulates ٱلْأَمْرَl-amra
the affair مِنَmina
of ٱلسَّمَآءِl-samāi
the heaven إِلَىilā
to ٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍi
the earth ثُمَّthumma
then يَعْرُجُyaʿruju
it will ascend إِلَيْهِilayhi
to Him فِىfī
in يَوْمٍۢyawmin
a Day كَانَkāna
(the) measure of which is مِقْدَارُهُۥٓmiq'dāruhu
(the) measure of which is أَلْفَalfa
a thousand سَنَةٍۢsanatin
years مِّمَّاmimmā
of what تَعُدُّونَtaʿuddūna
you count ٥
He regulates ٱلْأَمْرَl-amra
the affair مِنَmina
of ٱلسَّمَآءِl-samāi
the heaven إِلَىilā
to ٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍi
the earth ثُمَّthumma
then يَعْرُجُyaʿruju
it will ascend إِلَيْهِilayhi
to Him فِىfī
in يَوْمٍۢyawmin
a Day كَانَkāna
(the) measure of which is مِقْدَارُهُۥٓmiq'dāruhu
(the) measure of which is أَلْفَalfa
a thousand سَنَةٍۢsanatin
years مِّمَّاmimmā
of what تَعُدُّونَtaʿuddūna
you count ٥
ذَٰلِكَdhālika
That عَـٰلِمُʿālimu
(is the) Knower ٱلْغَيْبِl-ghaybi
(of) the hidden وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِwal-shahādati
and the witnessed ٱلْعَزِيزُl-ʿazīzu
the All-Mighty ٱلرَّحِيمُl-raḥīmu
the Most Merciful ٦
That عَـٰلِمُʿālimu
(is the) Knower ٱلْغَيْبِl-ghaybi
(of) the hidden وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِwal-shahādati
and the witnessed ٱلْعَزِيزُl-ʿazīzu
the All-Mighty ٱلرَّحِيمُl-raḥīmu
the Most Merciful ٦
ٱلَّذِىٓalladhī
The One Who أَحْسَنَaḥsana
made good كُلَّkulla
every شَىْءٍshayin
thing خَلَقَهُۥ ۖkhalaqahu
He created وَبَدَأَwabada-a
and He began خَلْقَkhalqa
(the) creation ٱلْإِنسَـٰنِl-insāni
(of) man مِنmin
from طِينٍۢṭīnin
clay ٧
The One Who أَحْسَنَaḥsana
made good كُلَّkulla
every شَىْءٍshayin
thing خَلَقَهُۥ ۖkhalaqahu
He created وَبَدَأَwabada-a
and He began خَلْقَkhalqa
(the) creation ٱلْإِنسَـٰنِl-insāni
(of) man مِنmin
from طِينٍۢṭīnin
clay ٧
ثُمَّthumma
Then جَعَلَjaʿala
He made نَسْلَهُۥnaslahu
his progeny مِنmin
from سُلَـٰلَةٍۢsulālatin
an extract مِّنmin
of مَّآءٍۢmāin
water مَّهِينٍۢmahīnin
despised ٨
Then جَعَلَjaʿala
He made نَسْلَهُۥnaslahu
his progeny مِنmin
from سُلَـٰلَةٍۢsulālatin
an extract مِّنmin
of مَّآءٍۢmāin
water مَّهِينٍۢmahīnin
despised ٨
ثُمَّthumma
Then سَوَّىٰهُsawwāhu
He fashioned him وَنَفَخَwanafakha
and breathed فِيهِfīhi
into him مِنmin
from رُّوحِهِۦ ۖrūḥihi
His spirit وَجَعَلَwajaʿala
and made لَكُمُlakumu
for you ٱلسَّمْعَl-samʿa
the hearing وَٱلْأَبْصَـٰرَwal-abṣāra
and the sight وَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَ ۚwal-afidata
and feelings قَلِيلًۭاqalīlan
little مَّاmā
[what] تَشْكُرُونَtashkurūna
thanks you give ٩
Then سَوَّىٰهُsawwāhu
He fashioned him وَنَفَخَwanafakha
and breathed فِيهِfīhi
into him مِنmin
from رُّوحِهِۦ ۖrūḥihi
His spirit وَجَعَلَwajaʿala
and made لَكُمُlakumu
for you ٱلسَّمْعَl-samʿa
the hearing وَٱلْأَبْصَـٰرَwal-abṣāra
and the sight وَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَ ۚwal-afidata
and feelings قَلِيلًۭاqalīlan
little مَّاmā
[what] تَشْكُرُونَtashkurūna
thanks you give ٩
وَقَالُوٓا۟waqālū
And they say أَءِذَاa-idhā
Is (it) when ضَلَلْنَاḍalalnā
we are lost فِىfī
in ٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍi
the earth أَءِنَّاa-innā
will we لَفِىlafī
certainly be in خَلْقٍۢkhalqin
a creation جَدِيدٍۭ ۚjadīdin
new بَلْbal
Nay هُمhum
they بِلِقَآءِbiliqāi
in (the) meeting رَبِّهِمْrabbihim
(of) their Lord كَـٰفِرُونَkāfirūna
(are) disbelievers ١٠
And they say أَءِذَاa-idhā
Is (it) when ضَلَلْنَاḍalalnā
we are lost فِىfī
in ٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍi
the earth أَءِنَّاa-innā
will we لَفِىlafī
certainly be in خَلْقٍۢkhalqin
a creation جَدِيدٍۭ ۚjadīdin
new بَلْbal
Nay هُمhum
they بِلِقَآءِbiliqāi
in (the) meeting رَبِّهِمْrabbihim
(of) their Lord كَـٰفِرُونَkāfirūna
(are) disbelievers ١٠
۞ قُلْqul
Say يَتَوَفَّىٰكُمyatawaffākum
Will take your soul مَّلَكُmalaku
(the) Angel ٱلْمَوْتِl-mawti
(of) the death ٱلَّذِىalladhī
the one who وُكِّلَwukkila
has been put in charge بِكُمْbikum
of you ثُمَّthumma
Then إِلَىٰilā
to رَبِّكُمْrabbikum
your Lord تُرْجَعُونَtur'jaʿūna
you will be returned ١١
Say يَتَوَفَّىٰكُمyatawaffākum
Will take your soul مَّلَكُmalaku
(the) Angel ٱلْمَوْتِl-mawti
(of) the death ٱلَّذِىalladhī
the one who وُكِّلَwukkila
has been put in charge بِكُمْbikum
of you ثُمَّthumma
Then إِلَىٰilā
to رَبِّكُمْrabbikum
your Lord تُرْجَعُونَtur'jaʿūna
you will be returned ١١
وَلَوْwalaw
And if تَرَىٰٓtarā
you (could) see إِذِidhi
when ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَl-muj'rimūna
the criminals نَاكِسُوا۟nākisū
(will) hang رُءُوسِهِمْruūsihim
their heads عِندَʿinda
before رَبِّهِمْrabbihim
their Lord رَبَّنَآrabbanā
Our Lord أَبْصَرْنَاabṣarnā
we have seen وَسَمِعْنَاwasamiʿ'nā
and we have heard فَٱرْجِعْنَاfa-ir'jiʿ'nā
so return us نَعْمَلْnaʿmal
we will do صَـٰلِحًاṣāliḥan
righteous (deeds) إِنَّاinnā
Indeed, we مُوقِنُونَmūqinūna
(are now) certain ١٢
And if تَرَىٰٓtarā
you (could) see إِذِidhi
when ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَl-muj'rimūna
the criminals نَاكِسُوا۟nākisū
(will) hang رُءُوسِهِمْruūsihim
their heads عِندَʿinda
before رَبِّهِمْrabbihim
their Lord رَبَّنَآrabbanā
Our Lord أَبْصَرْنَاabṣarnā
we have seen وَسَمِعْنَاwasamiʿ'nā
and we have heard فَٱرْجِعْنَاfa-ir'jiʿ'nā
so return us نَعْمَلْnaʿmal
we will do صَـٰلِحًاṣāliḥan
righteous (deeds) إِنَّاinnā
Indeed, we مُوقِنُونَmūqinūna
(are now) certain ١٢
وَلَوْwalaw
And if شِئْنَاshi'nā
We (had) willed لَـَٔاتَيْنَاlaātaynā
surely We (would) have given كُلَّkulla
every نَفْسٍnafsin
soul هُدَىٰهَاhudāhā
its guidance وَلَـٰكِنْwalākin
but حَقَّḥaqqa
(is) true ٱلْقَوْلُl-qawlu
the Word مِنِّىminnī
from Me لَأَمْلَأَنَّla-amla-anna
that I will surely fill جَهَنَّمَjahannama
Hell مِنَmina
with ٱلْجِنَّةِl-jinati
the jinn وَٱلنَّاسِwal-nāsi
and the men أَجْمَعِينَajmaʿīna
together ١٣
And if شِئْنَاshi'nā
We (had) willed لَـَٔاتَيْنَاlaātaynā
surely We (would) have given كُلَّkulla
every نَفْسٍnafsin
soul هُدَىٰهَاhudāhā
its guidance وَلَـٰكِنْwalākin
but حَقَّḥaqqa
(is) true ٱلْقَوْلُl-qawlu
the Word مِنِّىminnī
from Me لَأَمْلَأَنَّla-amla-anna
that I will surely fill جَهَنَّمَjahannama
Hell مِنَmina
with ٱلْجِنَّةِl-jinati
the jinn وَٱلنَّاسِwal-nāsi
and the men أَجْمَعِينَajmaʿīna
together ١٣
فَذُوقُوا۟fadhūqū
So taste بِمَاbimā
because نَسِيتُمْnasītum
you forgot لِقَآءَliqāa
(the) meeting يَوْمِكُمْyawmikum
(of) this Day of yours هَـٰذَآhādhā
(of) this Day of yours إِنَّاinnā
Indeed, We نَسِينَـٰكُمْ ۖnasīnākum
have forgotten you وَذُوقُوا۟wadhūqū
And taste عَذَابَʿadhāba
(the) punishment ٱلْخُلْدِl-khul'di
(of) eternity بِمَاbimā
for what كُنتُمْkuntum
you used (to) تَعْمَلُونَtaʿmalūna
do ١٤
So taste بِمَاbimā
because نَسِيتُمْnasītum
you forgot لِقَآءَliqāa
(the) meeting يَوْمِكُمْyawmikum
(of) this Day of yours هَـٰذَآhādhā
(of) this Day of yours إِنَّاinnā
Indeed, We نَسِينَـٰكُمْ ۖnasīnākum
have forgotten you وَذُوقُوا۟wadhūqū
And taste عَذَابَʿadhāba
(the) punishment ٱلْخُلْدِl-khul'di
(of) eternity بِمَاbimā
for what كُنتُمْkuntum
you used (to) تَعْمَلُونَtaʿmalūna
do ١٤
إِنَّمَاinnamā
Only يُؤْمِنُyu'minu
believe بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاbiāyātinā
in Our Verses ٱلَّذِينَalladhīna
those who إِذَاidhā
when ذُكِّرُوا۟dhukkirū
they are reminded بِهَاbihā
of them خَرُّوا۟kharrū
fall down سُجَّدًۭاsujjadan
prostrating وَسَبَّحُوا۟wasabbaḥū
and glorify بِحَمْدِbiḥamdi
(the) praises رَبِّهِمْrabbihim
(of) their Lord وَهُمْwahum
and they لَاlā
are not arrogant يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ ۩yastakbirūna
are not arrogant ١٥
Only يُؤْمِنُyu'minu
believe بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاbiāyātinā
in Our Verses ٱلَّذِينَalladhīna
those who إِذَاidhā
when ذُكِّرُوا۟dhukkirū
they are reminded بِهَاbihā
of them خَرُّوا۟kharrū
fall down سُجَّدًۭاsujjadan
prostrating وَسَبَّحُوا۟wasabbaḥū
and glorify بِحَمْدِbiḥamdi
(the) praises رَبِّهِمْrabbihim
(of) their Lord وَهُمْwahum
and they لَاlā
are not arrogant يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ ۩yastakbirūna
are not arrogant ١٥
تَتَجَافَىٰtatajāfā
Forsake جُنُوبُهُمْjunūbuhum
their sides عَنِʿani
from ٱلْمَضَاجِعِl-maḍājiʿi
(their) beds يَدْعُونَyadʿūna
they call رَبَّهُمْrabbahum
their Lord خَوْفًۭاkhawfan
(in) fear وَطَمَعًۭاwaṭamaʿan
and hope وَمِمَّاwamimmā
and out of what رَزَقْنَـٰهُمْrazaqnāhum
We have provided them يُنفِقُونَyunfiqūna
they spend ١٦
Forsake جُنُوبُهُمْjunūbuhum
their sides عَنِʿani
from ٱلْمَضَاجِعِl-maḍājiʿi
(their) beds يَدْعُونَyadʿūna
they call رَبَّهُمْrabbahum
their Lord خَوْفًۭاkhawfan
(in) fear وَطَمَعًۭاwaṭamaʿan
and hope وَمِمَّاwamimmā
and out of what رَزَقْنَـٰهُمْrazaqnāhum
We have provided them يُنفِقُونَyunfiqūna
they spend ١٦
فَلَاfalā
And not تَعْلَمُtaʿlamu
knows نَفْسٌۭnafsun
a soul مَّآmā
what أُخْفِىَukh'fiya
is hidden لَهُمlahum
for them مِّنmin
of قُرَّةِqurrati
(the) comfort أَعْيُنٍۢaʿyunin
(for) the eyes جَزَآءًۢjazāan
(as) a reward بِمَاbimā
for what كَانُوا۟kānū
they used (to) يَعْمَلُونَyaʿmalūna
do ١٧
And not تَعْلَمُtaʿlamu
knows نَفْسٌۭnafsun
a soul مَّآmā
what أُخْفِىَukh'fiya
is hidden لَهُمlahum
for them مِّنmin
of قُرَّةِqurrati
(the) comfort أَعْيُنٍۢaʿyunin
(for) the eyes جَزَآءًۢjazāan
(as) a reward بِمَاbimā
for what كَانُوا۟kānū
they used (to) يَعْمَلُونَyaʿmalūna
do ١٧
أَفَمَنafaman
Then is one who كَانَkāna
is مُؤْمِنًۭاmu'minan
a believer كَمَنkaman
like (him) who كَانَkāna
is فَاسِقًۭا ۚfāsiqan
defiantly disobedient لَّاlā
Not يَسْتَوُۥنَyastawūna
they are equal ١٨
Then is one who كَانَkāna
is مُؤْمِنًۭاmu'minan
a believer كَمَنkaman
like (him) who كَانَkāna
is فَاسِقًۭا ۚfāsiqan
defiantly disobedient لَّاlā
Not يَسْتَوُۥنَyastawūna
they are equal ١٨
أَمَّاammā
As for ٱلَّذِينَalladhīna
those who ءَامَنُوا۟āmanū
believe وَعَمِلُوا۟waʿamilū
and do ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِl-ṣāliḥāti
righteous deeds فَلَهُمْfalahum
then for them جَنَّـٰتُjannātu
(are) Gardens ٱلْمَأْوَىٰl-mawā
(of) Refuge نُزُلًۢاnuzulan
(as) hospitality بِمَاbimā
for what كَانُوا۟kānū
they used (to) يَعْمَلُونَyaʿmalūna
do ١٩
As for ٱلَّذِينَalladhīna
those who ءَامَنُوا۟āmanū
believe وَعَمِلُوا۟waʿamilū
and do ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِl-ṣāliḥāti
righteous deeds فَلَهُمْfalahum
then for them جَنَّـٰتُjannātu
(are) Gardens ٱلْمَأْوَىٰl-mawā
(of) Refuge نُزُلًۢاnuzulan
(as) hospitality بِمَاbimā
for what كَانُوا۟kānū
they used (to) يَعْمَلُونَyaʿmalūna
do ١٩
وَأَمَّاwa-ammā
But as for ٱلَّذِينَalladhīna
those who فَسَقُوا۟fasaqū
are defiantly disobedient فَمَأْوَىٰهُمُfamawāhumu
then their refuge ٱلنَّارُ ۖl-nāru
(is) the Fire كُلَّمَآkullamā
Every time أَرَادُوٓا۟arādū
they wish أَنan
to يَخْرُجُوا۟yakhrujū
come out مِنْهَآmin'hā
from it أُعِيدُوا۟uʿīdū
they (will) be returned فِيهَاfīhā
in it وَقِيلَwaqīla
and it (will) be said لَهُمْlahum
to them ذُوقُوا۟dhūqū
Taste عَذَابَʿadhāba
(the) punishment ٱلنَّارِl-nāri
(of) the Fire ٱلَّذِىalladhī
which كُنتُمkuntum
you used (to) بِهِۦbihi
[in it] تُكَذِّبُونَtukadhibūna
deny ٢٠
But as for ٱلَّذِينَalladhīna
those who فَسَقُوا۟fasaqū
are defiantly disobedient فَمَأْوَىٰهُمُfamawāhumu
then their refuge ٱلنَّارُ ۖl-nāru
(is) the Fire كُلَّمَآkullamā
Every time أَرَادُوٓا۟arādū
they wish أَنan
to يَخْرُجُوا۟yakhrujū
come out مِنْهَآmin'hā
from it أُعِيدُوا۟uʿīdū
they (will) be returned فِيهَاfīhā
in it وَقِيلَwaqīla
and it (will) be said لَهُمْlahum
to them ذُوقُوا۟dhūqū
Taste عَذَابَʿadhāba
(the) punishment ٱلنَّارِl-nāri
(of) the Fire ٱلَّذِىalladhī
which كُنتُمkuntum
you used (to) بِهِۦbihi
[in it] تُكَذِّبُونَtukadhibūna
deny ٢٠
وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُمwalanudhīqannahum
And surely, We will let them taste مِّنَmina
of ٱلْعَذَابِl-ʿadhābi
the punishment ٱلْأَدْنَىٰl-adnā
the nearer دُونَdūna
before ٱلْعَذَابِl-ʿadhābi
the punishment ٱلْأَكْبَرِl-akbari
the greater لَعَلَّهُمْlaʿallahum
so that they may يَرْجِعُونَyarjiʿūna
return ٢١
And surely, We will let them taste مِّنَmina
of ٱلْعَذَابِl-ʿadhābi
the punishment ٱلْأَدْنَىٰl-adnā
the nearer دُونَdūna
before ٱلْعَذَابِl-ʿadhābi
the punishment ٱلْأَكْبَرِl-akbari
the greater لَعَلَّهُمْlaʿallahum
so that they may يَرْجِعُونَyarjiʿūna
return ٢١
وَمَنْwaman
And who أَظْلَمُaẓlamu
(is) more unjust مِمَّنmimman
than (he) who ذُكِّرَdhukkira
is reminded بِـَٔايَـٰتِbiāyāti
of (the) Verses رَبِّهِۦrabbihi
(of) his Lord ثُمَّthumma
then أَعْرَضَaʿraḍa
he turns away عَنْهَآ ۚʿanhā
from them إِنَّاinnā
Indeed, We مِنَmina
from ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَl-muj'rimīna
the criminals مُنتَقِمُونَmuntaqimūna
(will) take retribution ٢٢
And who أَظْلَمُaẓlamu
(is) more unjust مِمَّنmimman
than (he) who ذُكِّرَdhukkira
is reminded بِـَٔايَـٰتِbiāyāti
of (the) Verses رَبِّهِۦrabbihi
(of) his Lord ثُمَّthumma
then أَعْرَضَaʿraḍa
he turns away عَنْهَآ ۚʿanhā
from them إِنَّاinnā
Indeed, We مِنَmina
from ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَl-muj'rimīna
the criminals مُنتَقِمُونَmuntaqimūna
(will) take retribution ٢٢
وَلَقَدْwalaqad
And certainly ءَاتَيْنَاātaynā
We gave مُوسَىmūsā
Musa ٱلْكِتَـٰبَl-kitāba
the Scripture فَلَاfalā
so (do) not تَكُنtakun
be فِىfī
in مِرْيَةٍۢmir'yatin
doubt مِّنmin
about لِّقَآئِهِۦ ۖliqāihi
receiving it وَجَعَلْنَـٰهُwajaʿalnāhu
And We made it هُدًۭىhudan
a guide لِّبَنِىٓlibanī
for the Children of Israel إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَis'rāīla
for the Children of Israel ٢٣
And certainly ءَاتَيْنَاātaynā
We gave مُوسَىmūsā
Musa ٱلْكِتَـٰبَl-kitāba
the Scripture فَلَاfalā
so (do) not تَكُنtakun
be فِىfī
in مِرْيَةٍۢmir'yatin
doubt مِّنmin
about لِّقَآئِهِۦ ۖliqāihi
receiving it وَجَعَلْنَـٰهُwajaʿalnāhu
And We made it هُدًۭىhudan
a guide لِّبَنِىٓlibanī
for the Children of Israel إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَis'rāīla
for the Children of Israel ٢٣
وَجَعَلْنَاwajaʿalnā
And We made مِنْهُمْmin'hum
from them أَئِمَّةًۭa-immatan
leaders يَهْدُونَyahdūna
guiding بِأَمْرِنَاbi-amrinā
by Our Command لَمَّاlammā
when صَبَرُوا۟ ۖṣabarū
they were patient وَكَانُوا۟wakānū
and they were بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاbiāyātinā
of Our Verses يُوقِنُونَyūqinūna
certain ٢٤
And We made مِنْهُمْmin'hum
from them أَئِمَّةًۭa-immatan
leaders يَهْدُونَyahdūna
guiding بِأَمْرِنَاbi-amrinā
by Our Command لَمَّاlammā
when صَبَرُوا۟ ۖṣabarū
they were patient وَكَانُوا۟wakānū
and they were بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاbiāyātinā
of Our Verses يُوقِنُونَyūqinūna
certain ٢٤
إِنَّinna
Indeed رَبَّكَrabbaka
your Lord هُوَhuwa
[He] يَفْصِلُyafṣilu
will judge بَيْنَهُمْbaynahum
between them يَوْمَyawma
(on the) Day ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِl-qiyāmati
(of) Resurrection فِيمَاfīmā
in what كَانُوا۟kānū
they used (to) فِيهِfīhi
[in it] يَخْتَلِفُونَyakhtalifūna
differ ٢٥
Indeed رَبَّكَrabbaka
your Lord هُوَhuwa
[He] يَفْصِلُyafṣilu
will judge بَيْنَهُمْbaynahum
between them يَوْمَyawma
(on the) Day ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِl-qiyāmati
(of) Resurrection فِيمَاfīmā
in what كَانُوا۟kānū
they used (to) فِيهِfīhi
[in it] يَخْتَلِفُونَyakhtalifūna
differ ٢٥
أَوَلَمْawalam
Does it not يَهْدِyahdi
guide لَهُمْlahum
[for] them كَمْkam
(that) how many أَهْلَكْنَاahlaknā
We have destroyed مِنmin
before them قَبْلِهِمqablihim
before them مِّنَmina
of ٱلْقُرُونِl-qurūni
the generations يَمْشُونَyamshūna
they walk about فِىfī
in مَسَـٰكِنِهِمْ ۚmasākinihim
their dwellings إِنَّinna
Indeed فِىfī
in ذَٰلِكَdhālika
that لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ ۖlaāyātin
surely, are Signs أَفَلَاafalā
Then do not يَسْمَعُونَyasmaʿūna
they hear ٢٦
Does it not يَهْدِyahdi
guide لَهُمْlahum
[for] them كَمْkam
(that) how many أَهْلَكْنَاahlaknā

before them مِّنَmina

[the] barren فَنُخْرِجُfanukh'riju
then We bring forth بِهِۦbihi
thereby زَرْعًۭاzarʿan
crops تَأْكُلُtakulu
eat مِنْهُmin'hu
from it أَنْعَـٰمُهُمْanʿāmuhum
their cattle وَأَنفُسُهُمْ ۖwa-anfusuhum
and they themselves أَفَلَاafalā
Then do not يُبْصِرُونَyub'ṣirūna
they see ٢٧
Do not يَرَوْا۟yaraw
they see أَنَّاannā
that We نَسُوقُnasūqu
drive ٱلْمَآءَl-māa
water إِلَىilā
to ٱلْأَرْضِl-arḍi
the land ٱلْجُرُزِl-juruzi
[the] barren فَنُخْرِجُfanukh'riju
then We bring forth بِهِۦbihi
thereby زَرْعًۭاzarʿan
crops تَأْكُلُtakulu
eat مِنْهُmin'hu
from it أَنْعَـٰمُهُمْanʿāmuhum
their cattle وَأَنفُسُهُمْ ۖwa-anfusuhum
and they themselves أَفَلَاafalā
Then do not يُبْصِرُونَyub'ṣirūna
they see ٢٧
وَيَقُولُونَwayaqūlūna
And they say مَتَىٰmatā
When (will be) هَـٰذَاhādhā
this ٱلْفَتْحُl-fatḥu
decision إِنin
if كُنتُمْkuntum
you are صَـٰدِقِينَṣādiqīna
truthful ٢٨
And they say مَتَىٰmatā
When (will be) هَـٰذَاhādhā
this ٱلْفَتْحُl-fatḥu
decision إِنin
if كُنتُمْkuntum
you are صَـٰدِقِينَṣādiqīna
truthful ٢٨
قُلْqul
Say يَوْمَyawma
(On the) Day ٱلْفَتْحِl-fatḥi
(of) the Decision لَاlā
not يَنفَعُyanfaʿu
will benefit ٱلَّذِينَalladhīna
those who كَفَرُوٓا۟kafarū
disbelieve إِيمَـٰنُهُمْīmānuhum
their belief وَلَاwalā
and not هُمْhum
they يُنظَرُونَyunẓarūna
will be granted respite ٢٩
Say يَوْمَyawma
(On the) Day ٱلْفَتْحِl-fatḥi
(of) the Decision لَاlā
not يَنفَعُyanfaʿu
will benefit ٱلَّذِينَalladhīna
those who كَفَرُوٓا۟kafarū
disbelieve إِيمَـٰنُهُمْīmānuhum
their belief وَلَاwalā
and not هُمْhum
they يُنظَرُونَyunẓarūna
will be granted respite ٢٩
فَأَعْرِضْfa-aʿriḍ
So turn away عَنْهُمْʿanhum
from them وَٱنتَظِرْwa-intaẓir
and wait إِنَّهُمinnahum
Indeed, they مُّنتَظِرُونَmuntaẓirūna
(are) waiting ٣٠
So turn away عَنْهُمْʿanhum
from them وَٱنتَظِرْwa-intaẓir
and wait إِنَّهُمinnahum
Indeed, they مُّنتَظِرُونَmuntaẓirūna
(are) waiting ٣٠
