بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
عَلَّمَʿallama
He taught ٱلْقُرْءَانَl-qur'āna
the Quran ٢
He taught ٱلْقُرْءَانَl-qur'āna
the Quran ٢
خَلَقَkhalaqa
He created ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَl-insāna
[the] man ٣
He created ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَl-insāna
[the] man ٣
عَلَّمَهُʿallamahu
He taught him ٱلْبَيَانَl-bayāna
[the] speech ٤
He taught him ٱلْبَيَانَl-bayāna
[the] speech ٤
ٱلشَّمْسُal-shamsu
The sun وَٱلْقَمَرُwal-qamaru
and the moon بِحُسْبَانٍۢbiḥus'bānin
by (precise) calculation ٥
The sun وَٱلْقَمَرُwal-qamaru
and the moon بِحُسْبَانٍۢbiḥus'bānin
by (precise) calculation ٥
وَٱلنَّجْمُwal-najmu
And the stars وَٱلشَّجَرُwal-shajaru
and the trees يَسْجُدَانِyasjudāni
both prostrate ٦
And the stars وَٱلشَّجَرُwal-shajaru
and the trees يَسْجُدَانِyasjudāni
both prostrate ٦
وَٱلسَّمَآءَwal-samāa
And the heaven رَفَعَهَاrafaʿahā
He raised it وَوَضَعَwawaḍaʿa
and He has set up ٱلْمِيزَانَl-mīzāna
the balance ٧
And the heaven رَفَعَهَاrafaʿahā
He raised it وَوَضَعَwawaḍaʿa
and He has set up ٱلْمِيزَانَl-mīzāna
the balance ٧
أَلَّاallā
That not تَطْغَوْا۟taṭghaw
you may transgress فِىfī
in ٱلْمِيزَانِl-mīzāni
the balance ٨
That not تَطْغَوْا۟taṭghaw
you may transgress فِىfī
in ٱلْمِيزَانِl-mīzāni
the balance ٨
وَأَقِيمُوا۟wa-aqīmū
And establish ٱلْوَزْنَl-wazna
the weight بِٱلْقِسْطِbil-qis'ṭi
in justice وَلَاwalā
and (do) not تُخْسِرُوا۟tukh'sirū
make deficient ٱلْمِيزَانَl-mīzāna
the balance ٩
And establish ٱلْوَزْنَl-wazna
the weight بِٱلْقِسْطِbil-qis'ṭi
in justice وَلَاwalā
and (do) not تُخْسِرُوا۟tukh'sirū
make deficient ٱلْمِيزَانَl-mīzāna
the balance ٩
وَٱلْأَرْضَwal-arḍa
And the earth وَضَعَهَاwaḍaʿahā
He laid it لِلْأَنَامِlil'anāmi
for the creatures ١٠
And the earth وَضَعَهَاwaḍaʿahā
He laid it لِلْأَنَامِlil'anāmi
for the creatures ١٠
فِيهَاfīhā
Therein فَـٰكِهَةٌۭfākihatun
(is) fruit وَٱلنَّخْلُwal-nakhlu
and date-palms ذَاتُdhātu
having ٱلْأَكْمَامِl-akmāmi
sheaths ١١
Therein فَـٰكِهَةٌۭfākihatun
(is) fruit وَٱلنَّخْلُwal-nakhlu
and date-palms ذَاتُdhātu
having ٱلْأَكْمَامِl-akmāmi
sheaths ١١
وَٱلْحَبُّwal-ḥabu
And the grain ذُوdhū
having ٱلْعَصْفِl-ʿaṣfi
husk وَٱلرَّيْحَانُwal-rayḥānu
and scented plants ١٢
And the grain ذُوdhū
having ٱلْعَصْفِl-ʿaṣfi
husk وَٱلرَّيْحَانُwal-rayḥānu
and scented plants ١٢
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ١٣
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ١٣
خَلَقَkhalaqa
He created ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَl-insāna
the man مِنmin
from صَلْصَـٰلٍۢṣalṣālin
clay كَٱلْفَخَّارِkal-fakhāri
like the pottery ١٤
He created ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَl-insāna
the man مِنmin
from صَلْصَـٰلٍۢṣalṣālin
clay كَٱلْفَخَّارِkal-fakhāri
like the pottery ١٤
وَخَلَقَwakhalaqa
And He created ٱلْجَآنَّl-jāna
the jinn مِنmin
from مَّارِجٍۢmārijin
a smokeless flame مِّنmin
of نَّارٍۢnārin
fire ١٥
And He created ٱلْجَآنَّl-jāna
the jinn مِنmin
from مَّارِجٍۢmārijin
a smokeless flame مِّنmin
of نَّارٍۢnārin
fire ١٥
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ١٦
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ١٦
رَبُّrabbu
Lord ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِl-mashriqayni
(of) the two Easts وَرَبُّwarabbu
and Lord ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِl-maghribayni
(of) the two Wests ١٧
Lord ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِl-mashriqayni
(of) the two Easts وَرَبُّwarabbu
and Lord ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِl-maghribayni
(of) the two Wests ١٧
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ١٨
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ١٨
مَرَجَmaraja
He released ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِl-baḥrayni
the two seas يَلْتَقِيَانِyaltaqiyāni
meeting ١٩
He released ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِl-baḥrayni
the two seas يَلْتَقِيَانِyaltaqiyāni
meeting ١٩
بَيْنَهُمَاbaynahumā
Between both of them بَرْزَخٌۭbarzakhun
(is) a barrier لَّاlā
not يَبْغِيَانِyabghiyāni
they transgress ٢٠
Between both of them بَرْزَخٌۭbarzakhun
(is) a barrier لَّاlā
not يَبْغِيَانِyabghiyāni
they transgress ٢٠
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٢١
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٢١
يَخْرُجُyakhruju
Come forth مِنْهُمَاmin'humā
from both of them ٱللُّؤْلُؤُl-lu'lu-u
the pearl وَٱلْمَرْجَانُwal-marjānu
and the coral ٢٢
Come forth مِنْهُمَاmin'humā
from both of them ٱللُّؤْلُؤُl-lu'lu-u
the pearl وَٱلْمَرْجَانُwal-marjānu
and the coral ٢٢
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٢٣
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٢٣
وَلَهُwalahu
And for Him ٱلْجَوَارِl-jawāri
(are) the ships ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُl-munshaātu
elevated فِىfī
in ٱلْبَحْرِl-baḥri
the sea كَٱلْأَعْلَـٰمِkal-aʿlāmi
like mountains ٢٤
And for Him ٱلْجَوَارِl-jawāri
(are) the ships ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُl-munshaātu
elevated فِىfī
in ٱلْبَحْرِl-baḥri
the sea كَٱلْأَعْلَـٰمِkal-aʿlāmi
like mountains ٢٤
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٢٥
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٢٥
كُلُّkullu
Everyone مَنْman
who عَلَيْهَاʿalayhā
(is) on it فَانٍۢfānin
(will) perish ٢٦
Everyone مَنْman
who عَلَيْهَاʿalayhā
(is) on it فَانٍۢfānin
(will) perish ٢٦
وَيَبْقَىٰwayabqā
But will remain وَجْهُwajhu
(the) Face رَبِّكَrabbika
(of) your Lord ذُوdhū
(the) Owner ٱلْجَلَـٰلِl-jalāli
(of) Majesty وَٱلْإِكْرَامِwal-ik'rāmi
and Honor ٢٧
But will remain وَجْهُwajhu
(the) Face رَبِّكَrabbika
(of) your Lord ذُوdhū
(the) Owner ٱلْجَلَـٰلِl-jalāli
(of) Majesty وَٱلْإِكْرَامِwal-ik'rāmi
and Honor ٢٧
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٢٨
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٢٨
يَسْـَٔلُهُۥyasaluhu
Asks Him مَنman
whoever فِىfī
(is) in ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwāti
the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚwal-arḍi
and the earth كُلَّkulla
Every يَوْمٍyawmin
day هُوَhuwa
He فِىfī
(is) in شَأْنٍۢshanin
a matter ٢٩
Asks Him مَنman
whoever فِىfī
(is) in ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwāti
the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚwal-arḍi
and the earth كُلَّkulla
Every يَوْمٍyawmin
day هُوَhuwa
He فِىfī
(is) in شَأْنٍۢshanin
a matter ٢٩
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٠
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٠
سَنَفْرُغُsanafrughu
Soon We will attend لَكُمْlakum
to you أَيُّهَayyuha
O you ٱلثَّقَلَانِl-thaqalāni
two classes ٣١
Soon We will attend لَكُمْlakum
to you أَيُّهَayyuha
O you ٱلثَّقَلَانِl-thaqalāni
two classes ٣١
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٢
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٢
يَـٰمَعْشَرَyāmaʿshara
O assembly ٱلْجِنِّl-jini
(of) the jinn وَٱلْإِنسِwal-insi
and the men إِنِini
If ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْis'taṭaʿtum
you are able أَنan
to تَنفُذُوا۟tanfudhū
pass beyond مِنْmin
[of] أَقْطَارِaqṭāri
(the) regions ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwāti
(of) the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِwal-arḍi
and the earth فَٱنفُذُوا۟ ۚfa-unfudhū
then pass لَاlā
Not تَنفُذُونَtanfudhūna
you (can) pass إِلَّاillā
except بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢbisul'ṭānin
by authority ٣٣
O assembly ٱلْجِنِّl-jini
(of) the jinn وَٱلْإِنسِwal-insi
and the men إِنِini
If ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْis'taṭaʿtum
you are able أَنan
to تَنفُذُوا۟tanfudhū
pass beyond مِنْmin
[of] أَقْطَارِaqṭāri
(the) regions ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwāti
(of) the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِwal-arḍi
and the earth فَٱنفُذُوا۟ ۚfa-unfudhū
then pass لَاlā
Not تَنفُذُونَtanfudhūna
you (can) pass إِلَّاillā
except بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢbisul'ṭānin
by authority ٣٣
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٤
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٤
يُرْسَلُyur'salu
Will be sent عَلَيْكُمَاʿalaykumā
against both of you شُوَاظٌۭshuwāẓun
a flame مِّنmin
of نَّارٍۢnārin
fire وَنُحَاسٌۭwanuḥāsun
and smoke فَلَاfalā
and not تَنتَصِرَانِtantaṣirāni
you will (be able to) defend yourselves ٣٥
Will be sent عَلَيْكُمَاʿalaykumā
against both of you شُوَاظٌۭshuwāẓun
a flame مِّنmin
of نَّارٍۢnārin
fire وَنُحَاسٌۭwanuḥāsun
and smoke فَلَاfalā
and not تَنتَصِرَانِtantaṣirāni
you will (be able to) defend yourselves ٣٥
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٦
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٦
فَإِذَاfa-idhā
Then when ٱنشَقَّتِinshaqqati
is split ٱلسَّمَآءُl-samāu
the heaven فَكَانَتْfakānat
and it becomes وَرْدَةًۭwardatan
rose-colored كَٱلدِّهَانِkal-dihāni
like murky oil ٣٧
Then when ٱنشَقَّتِinshaqqati
is split ٱلسَّمَآءُl-samāu
the heaven فَكَانَتْfakānat
and it becomes وَرْدَةًۭwardatan
rose-colored كَٱلدِّهَانِkal-dihāni
like murky oil ٣٧
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٨
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٣٨
فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢfayawma-idhin
Then (on) that Day لَّاlā
not يُسْـَٔلُyus'alu
will be asked عَنʿan
about ذَنۢبِهِۦٓdhanbihi
his sin إِنسٌۭinsun
any man وَلَاwalā
and not جَآنٌّۭjānnun
any jinn ٣٩
Then (on) that Day لَّاlā
not يُسْـَٔلُyus'alu
will be asked عَنʿan
about ذَنۢبِهِۦٓdhanbihi
his sin إِنسٌۭinsun
any man وَلَاwalā
and not جَآنٌّۭjānnun
any jinn ٣٩
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٠
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٠
يُعْرَفُyuʿ'rafu
Will be known ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَl-muj'rimūna
the criminals بِسِيمَـٰهُمْbisīmāhum
by their marks فَيُؤْخَذُfayu'khadhu
and will be seized بِٱلنَّوَٰصِىbil-nawāṣī
by the forelocks وَٱلْأَقْدَامِwal-aqdāmi
and the feet ٤١
Will be known ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَl-muj'rimūna
the criminals بِسِيمَـٰهُمْbisīmāhum
by their marks فَيُؤْخَذُfayu'khadhu
and will be seized بِٱلنَّوَٰصِىbil-nawāṣī
by the forelocks وَٱلْأَقْدَامِwal-aqdāmi
and the feet ٤١
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٢
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٢
هَـٰذِهِۦhādhihi
This جَهَنَّمُjahannamu
(is) Hell ٱلَّتِىallatī
which يُكَذِّبُyukadhibu
deny بِهَاbihā
[of it] ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَl-muj'rimūna
the criminals ٤٣
This جَهَنَّمُjahannamu
(is) Hell ٱلَّتِىallatī
which يُكَذِّبُyukadhibu
deny بِهَاbihā
[of it] ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَl-muj'rimūna
the criminals ٤٣
يَطُوفُونَyaṭūfūna
They will go around بَيْنَهَاbaynahā
between it وَبَيْنَwabayna
and between حَمِيمٍḥamīmin
scalding water ءَانٍۢānin
heated ٤٤
They will go around بَيْنَهَاbaynahā
between it وَبَيْنَwabayna
and between حَمِيمٍḥamīmin
scalding water ءَانٍۢānin
heated ٤٤
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٥
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٥
وَلِمَنْwaliman
But for (him) who خَافَkhāfa
fears مَقَامَmaqāma
(the) standing رَبِّهِۦrabbihi
(before) his Lord جَنَّتَانِjannatāni
(are) two gardens ٤٦
But for (him) who خَافَkhāfa
fears مَقَامَmaqāma
(the) standing رَبِّهِۦrabbihi
(before) his Lord جَنَّتَانِjannatāni
(are) two gardens ٤٦
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٧
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٧
ذَوَاتَآdhawātā
Having أَفْنَانٍۢafnānin
branches ٤٨
Having أَفْنَانٍۢafnānin
branches ٤٨
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٩
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٤٩
فِيهِمَاfīhimā
In both of them عَيْنَانِʿaynāni
(are) two springs تَجْرِيَانِtajriyāni
flowing ٥٠
In both of them عَيْنَانِʿaynāni
(are) two springs تَجْرِيَانِtajriyāni
flowing ٥٠
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥١
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥١
فِيهِمَاfīhimā
In both of them مِنmin
[of] كُلِّkulli
(are) every فَـٰكِهَةٍۢfākihatin
fruits زَوْجَانِzawjāni
(in) pairs ٥٢
In both of them مِنmin
[of] كُلِّkulli
(are) every فَـٰكِهَةٍۢfākihatin
fruits زَوْجَانِzawjāni
(in) pairs ٥٢
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥٣
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥٣
مُتَّكِـِٔينَmuttakiīna
Reclining عَلَىٰʿalā
on فُرُشٍۭfurushin
couches بَطَآئِنُهَاbaṭāinuhā
(whose) inner linings مِنْmin
(are) of إِسْتَبْرَقٍۢ ۚis'tabraqin
brocade وَجَنَىwajanā
and (the) fruit ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِl-janatayni
(of) both the gardens دَانٍۢdānin
(is) near ٥٤
Reclining عَلَىٰʿalā
on فُرُشٍۭfurushin
couches بَطَآئِنُهَاbaṭāinuhā
(whose) inner linings مِنْmin
(are) of إِسْتَبْرَقٍۢ ۚis'tabraqin
brocade وَجَنَىwajanā
and (the) fruit ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِl-janatayni
(of) both the gardens دَانٍۢdānin
(is) near ٥٤
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥٥
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥٥
فِيهِنَّfīhinna
In them قَـٰصِرَٰتُqāṣirātu
(will be) companions of modest gaze ٱلطَّرْفِl-ṭarfi
(will be) companions of modest gaze لَمْlam
not يَطْمِثْهُنَّyaṭmith'hunna
has touched them إِنسٌۭinsun
any man قَبْلَهُمْqablahum
before them وَلَاwalā
and not جَآنٌّۭjānnun
any jinn ٥٦
In them قَـٰصِرَٰتُqāṣirātu

(will be) companions of modest gaze لَمْlam
not يَطْمِثْهُنَّyaṭmith'hunna

فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥٧
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥٧
كَأَنَّهُنَّka-annahunna
As if they were ٱلْيَاقُوتُl-yāqūtu
rubies وَٱلْمَرْجَانُwal-marjānu
and coral ٥٨
As if they were ٱلْيَاقُوتُl-yāqūtu
rubies وَٱلْمَرْجَانُwal-marjānu
and coral ٥٨
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥٩
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٥٩
هَلْhal
Is جَزَآءُjazāu
(the) reward ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنِl-iḥ'sāni
for the good إِلَّاillā
but ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنُl-iḥ'sānu
good ٦٠
Is جَزَآءُjazāu
(the) reward ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنِl-iḥ'sāni
for the good إِلَّاillā
but ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنُl-iḥ'sānu
good ٦٠
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦١
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦١
وَمِنwamin
Besides these two دُونِهِمَاdūnihimā
Besides these two جَنَّتَانِjannatāni
(are) two gardens ٦٢
Besides these two دُونِهِمَاdūnihimā
Besides these two جَنَّتَانِjannatāni
(are) two gardens ٦٢
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦٣
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦٣
مُدْهَآمَّتَانِmud'hāmmatāni
Dark green ٦٤
Dark green ٦٤
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦٥
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦٥
فِيهِمَاfīhimā
In both of them عَيْنَانِʿaynāni
(are) two springs نَضَّاخَتَانِnaḍḍākhatāni
gushing forth ٦٦
In both of them عَيْنَانِʿaynāni
(are) two springs نَضَّاخَتَانِnaḍḍākhatāni
gushing forth ٦٦
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦٧
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦٧
فِيهِمَاfīhimā
In both of them فَـٰكِهَةٌۭfākihatun
(are) fruits وَنَخْلٌۭwanakhlun
and date-palms وَرُمَّانٌۭwarummānun
and pomegranates ٦٨
In both of them فَـٰكِهَةٌۭfākihatun
(are) fruits وَنَخْلٌۭwanakhlun
and date-palms وَرُمَّانٌۭwarummānun
and pomegranates ٦٨
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦٩
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٦٩
فِيهِنَّfīhinna
In them خَيْرَٰتٌkhayrātun
(are) good حِسَانٌۭḥisānun
and beautiful ones ٧٠
In them خَيْرَٰتٌkhayrātun

and beautiful ones ٧٠
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٧١
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٧١
حُورٌۭḥūrun
Fair ones مَّقْصُورَٰتٌۭmaqṣūrātun
restrained فِىfī
in ٱلْخِيَامِl-khiyāmi
the pavilions ٧٢
Fair ones مَّقْصُورَٰتٌۭmaqṣūrātun
restrained فِىfī
in ٱلْخِيَامِl-khiyāmi
the pavilions ٧٢
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٧٣
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٧٣
لَمْlam
Not يَطْمِثْهُنَّyaṭmith'hunna
has touched them إِنسٌۭinsun
any man قَبْلَهُمْqablahum
before them وَلَاwalā
and not جَآنٌّۭjānnun
any jinn ٧٤
Not يَطْمِثْهُنَّyaṭmith'hunna

فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi

will you both deny ٧٥
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٧٥
مُتَّكِـِٔينَmuttakiīna
Reclining عَلَىٰʿalā
on رَفْرَفٍrafrafin
cushions خُضْرٍۢkhuḍ'rin
green وَعَبْقَرِىٍّwaʿabqariyyin
and carpets حِسَانٍۢḥisānin
beautiful ٧٦
Reclining عَلَىٰʿalā
on رَفْرَفٍrafrafin
cushions خُضْرٍۢkhuḍ'rin
green وَعَبْقَرِىٍّwaʿabqariyyin
and carpets حِسَانٍۢḥisānin
beautiful ٧٦
فَبِأَىِّfabi-ayyi
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٧٧
So which ءَالَآءِālāi
(of the) favors رَبِّكُمَاrabbikumā
(of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِtukadhibāni
will you both deny ٧٧
تَبَـٰرَكَtabāraka
Blessed is ٱسْمُus'mu
(the) name رَبِّكَrabbika
(of) your Lord ذِىdhī
Owner ٱلْجَلَـٰلِl-jalāli
(of) Majesty وَٱلْإِكْرَامِwal-ik'rāmi
and Honor ٧٨
Blessed is ٱسْمُus'mu
(the) name رَبِّكَrabbika
(of) your Lord ذِىdhī
Owner ٱلْجَلَـٰلِl-jalāli
(of) Majesty وَٱلْإِكْرَامِwal-ik'rāmi
