بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
ٱللَّهُal-lahu
Allah ٱلصَّمَدُl-ṣamadu
the Eternal, the Absolute ٢
Allah ٱلصَّمَدُl-ṣamadu
the Eternal, the Absolute ٢
Allāh, the Eternal Refuge.
لَمْlam
Not يَلِدْyalid
He begets وَلَمْwalam
and not يُولَدْyūlad
He is begotten ٣
Not يَلِدْyalid
He begets وَلَمْwalam
and not يُولَدْyūlad
He is begotten ٣
He neither begets nor is born,
وَلَمْwalam
And not يَكُنyakun
is لَّهُۥlahu
for Him كُفُوًاkufuwan
equivalent أَحَدٌۢaḥadun
any [one] ٤
And not يَكُنyakun
is لَّهُۥlahu
for Him كُفُوًاkufuwan
equivalent أَحَدٌۢaḥadun
any [one] ٤
Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
