Missing days does not erase sincerity. This site keeps no streaks and no piety scores. Choose one small door — only one — and walk through it today.

Educational, not a fatwa.

People pause because life is heavy, confusing, lonely, busy or painful — not because they are “fake”. Do not despair of Allah's mercy Az-Zumar 39:53. The most beloved deeds are those done consistently, even if small Sahih al-Bukhari 6464, and the religion is ease Sahih al-Bukhari 39.

Want an ayah, a Name and a hadith matched to a feeling? Use the heart check-in (Guilty · Lost · Lonely · Anxious · Sad). This page is for practical restart routes.

A — I feel guilty or “behind”

Guilt can be a sign that you care; shame that freezes you is not a teacher. Turn back, then take one step.

One step: make wudu if you can, or sit and say *Astaghfirullah* once with presence. Then rejoin the first-week lessons at whichever day you last understood — repeating is allowed.

B — I feel overwhelmed

You are not required to drink the ocean. One cup today.

One step: open Al-Ikhlas or Al-Fatihah's meaning once. Stop after that.

C — I stopped praying or learning and want to return

Returning is itself an act of hope. Ask a local teacher how to resume your obligations; this page only helps you learn kindly. Making up missed prayers is a question for a teacher, not for this page. needs scholar review

One step: the wudu diagram once — or one prayer with the prayer ladder.

D — Family or work made practice hard

Real life is part of the test; cruelty is not. Safety and kindness both matter.

One step: read the family toolkit or work & school. If you are unsafe, go to safety first — we never teach enduring harm as piety.

E — I'm angry at myself, or at religion-as-pressure

Anger at harshness is understandable. The Prophet ﷺ warned against extremism Sahih Muslim 2670. Learn from balanced sources; come back to lessons when your chest is quieter.

F — I only have five minutes

Choose one: the new-Muslim du'a once Sahih Muslim 2697a · one line of dhikr · one honest or kind act at home · open this page again tomorrow.
